Re: Tigger - progress thread

When they have the runs it's usually a good sign if they go a couple of days not pooping, it's usually broken by a good firm poop (provided they are otherwise healthy). But I hope this is not hampered by giving the RC

Re: Tigger - progress thread

Yeah I asked the vet that as he's only has the boiled chicken all week I was a bit concerned. He said it would be fine to give the RC but I'm just waiting a little while longer before he has that. Just a day or so....

Re: Tigger - progress thread

Fingers crossed then that it is just poor diet and not getting proper care... we all seem to have taken little tigger into our hearts and wait inpatiently for our daily poo update

Re: Tigger - progress thread

Hope that's all it is but basically everything hingeds on these test results. If it's FIV or Leukameia then obviously it's a different story. I feel like my life is kind of on hold now for till I hear back.

For the mean time, poop watch continues ....

Re: Tigger - progress thread

Hoping no poop is a good sign. Think of us when we have the runs - it's usually constant and then a good sign when we don't go for a while! Really hope little Tigger produces a nice little sausage poop for you very soon

Re: Tigger - progress thread

I know from experience with my son that if he didn't go for a while it would be harder as it dries in the colon over time (tmi sorry) so I am hoping it may be the same for Tigger.
He looks a little less bony now for not having runs since Wednesday night
