They are probably not cat owners so they don't have the bond we would. Or just remember Human nature is full of extremes, some people have "pets" wheereas others see them as members of the family. chin up x

Oh that makes my blood boil. He wasnt just a cat, he was your friend and part of your family.

I had exactly the same when Pongo my beautiful dalmatian died. Even now i cry when i see one and people say he was just a dog. He did more for me than any flipping human.

My advice ignore them no matter who they are. You see life as being precious.

Just remember how much love you had for him.

Only true cat lovers can understand the pain and heartbreak we feel when our darling cats are injured or die

It's awful to hear those cold and callous words 'it's just a cat' - I feel like punching people when they say it. When my Mam's cat Eric was poisoned last year my boss actually laughed when he saw me cry.

I'm so very sorry for your pain and we all empathise with what you are going through hun x

These will most likely the same people who get kittens at 6 weeks and let them out unvacinated and not snipped. They will never understand, do not let them get to you, your a good person who gave your cat all the love in the world xx

There are people who walk this earth who lack the beautiful part of the soul than enables humans to understand the perfection that comes with sharing our lives with animals.

Do not condemn them but feeling sorry that they are missing so much wonderful pleasure from their sad and sorry lives.

Malibu, we all know that Gloworm was not just a cat, he was a family member within your household. I could say just ignore the ppl who say he was just a cat but I know it's not as easy to ignore when it still hurts so much, just dont forget we are all here to listen if you need us to x
