I think someone should make a guide for the most common questions asked on the cat forums like...

1. how to introduce a kitten/cat to the cats already in the house including links to websites etc.

2. When to deworm and when to deflea cats and other commonly asked questions.

and many more if someone else has suggestions

I'm new to this forum, though not to other internet forums, and I think this is a great idea for a "sticky"! I think that other topics could include:

- How to move home with a cat and for them to adjust to the new place.
- Should I let my cat outside? If so, guidelines for when and how I should do this.
- Costs of keeping a cat for new owners or people considering a pet cat.
- Guidelines for choosing pet insurance

While I agree that it would be useful,most newbies just come straight out and ask their questions ,many wouldnt think to look for a list,but a list of useful links may be helpful.

True I agree that newbies tend to skip stickies, but it may help the regulars who were dog owners and now thinking about getting cats etc.
