Advise your dad that two cats will keep each other company and prevent any lonliness when you are both away from home. Also, they will play together well and having a chum will minimise any damage that a solitary cat MIGHT cause through boredom. This is NOT always the case but can SOMETIMES happen. I'm emphasising these points as we don't want your dad to change his mind and not allow you any cats at all!!!

What age are the cats you are looking at?

Re: What will a house check be like from cats protection?

Hi everyone, thanks for the comments. I have just had my home check, and she didn't even look around the house! She just asked a few questions, and all went well, they are going to get in contact soon about one of the cats we are interested in, very excited!
