i would go to a different vets and explain when you get there rather than when you phone that way you wouldnt be prejudged before youve even got through the door.
well done for taking the kitten in i certainly WOULD NOT take it back that awful for a vet to suggest or receptionist good luck i second the above everyone has given good advice suppose the most important issue is the health and welfare of the kitten and making sure it sees a vet and receives any treatment needed.
