Re: How can I worm my cat?

if you ask your vet they can give you drops that treat worms and fleas that go on the back of the neck

Its a good question, do they need to be wormed? Well they are old and do not go out much and I am certain that they do not leave the garden. One used to hunt but she can't be bothered any more but I can say that Mindy's coat improves after she has been wormed and so I assume that it needs to be done!
There are other ways that you can improve their coat, which doesn't mean that you need to resort to a wormer. You could try some salmon oil a couple of times a week, which - because it contains loads of omega 3s - might also help them with their joint and general health. And/or you could add some taurine to their food daily, which does not only do wonders for their coat but also helps their heart and eyes etc.

Re: How can I worm my cat?

Hi Hobbs

i like to look after my cats ans would be very willing to give those things a go but where do I get them from.

I have had them 17.1/2 years and would like to keep them longer as long as they are healthy.
