Re: Help for a friend
Our landlord agreed to 2 cats when we moved in here. Unless he happens to see more than 2 together, or remembers them enough to tell the difference between tabby/white, tabby/tortie/white and tabby/tortie/bit less white, I don't think he's likely to realise we now have 4.

Re: Help for a friend
She's renting the house off her mum, she doesn't want to have to hide them if her mum pops round. I reckon she'll have to persuade her mum to let her take them all as there's literally nowhere round here to take them.

Re: Help for a friend
In my view it's not really a matter of how many cats ( within reason! ) but the individuals concerned. I've got four all since kittenhood-oldest now 18- and can honestly say that the only piece of very minimal damage was caused by just one cat who got accidentally locked into a room when I was away and clawed the carpet inside door to get out!
I would try this reasoning with her mother! If she has her own furniture then this minimises the risks even more! |
