the first litter tray i linked to the entire front lifts up so you don`t need to take the top off for scooping it out (much easier if you`re scooping a few times a day) but i actually just left the front of it up till my kitten was used to it. the doors are just plastic and have little hinges that are easily popped in and out, i`m pretty sure all hooded ones are the same too so you shouldn`t have a problem with that

btw i had the one in argos too for quite some time an can also confirm it`s a good one. only reason i got rid is cause it got cracked thanks to my labrador he likes the cat cookie jar i prefer the front opening one though as it`s easier to scoop so once my other hooded is done i`ll be getting another of those!
