I would guess it's wee xx stimulate their bottoms before and after a meal and soak it up with the cotton wool - they won't get so wet then x kittens pee for england hun xx

theres a little Tabby that isnt too good...she hasnt the energy to eat or meow...the milk comes out her nose..its whimpering nt meowing..its mouth is open...her tummy is quite big, but no wee / poop is coming out..

I bet she's inhaled the milk
- I'm afraid there isn't a lot of hope for this little one. If you get any more where the milk gets up their nose (you can usually tell straight away if you look), you must swing the kitten, just as you would with a newborn that had inhaled the amniotic fluid. Hold it across the palm of your hand, index finger supports its neck, and then you just sort of bowl it overarm (but without letting go!!) three or four times.
