Talking Finally, some pictures!!

So, my babies are actually here! And they are stunning Spencer is very confident, he was all over me last night wanting cuddles. He's already eyed up the door out of the spare room a few times too. Skye is very quiet though, she spent most of yesterday on the windowsill and only came down when I fed them. Today she has ventured down though and spent some time in their carrier that has got a nice blanket in it and also the cardboard box I gave them with a lovely pillow and blanket in I mentioned in my other thread about her eyes - she seems to have them either shut, or partially shut, some of the time..is that ok?? She also keeps making these sort of weird noises..not like coughs but similar?

They have been royally spoiled today and are now the happy (I hope) owners of the catit senses track. Skye was the first to investigate but then Spencer came over and wouldn't leave it! He spent ages playing with it. I'm not sure if Skye feels a bit like she's lower down than Spencer, as when Spencer comes over she goes away, and he tried to eat her food this morning and I had to get him away as she was going to let him have it.

I also got them a toy called Fly 'n' Feather which is battery operated and meant to move about so they chase the feather on the end of the string..but mine just goes round in circles and the string just gets wrapped round the plastic bit that moves round. Anyone got one of these? I will be taking it back, cost me something like £8.99!!

They are in the spare room with a sofa with blankets and cuddly toys, their carrier with blankets in, a cardboard box with pillow and blankets in, a radiator bed, their toys, food and water, and their scratching post. It's just an old sofa which I'm glad about because for the Skye actually scratched..but it was the sofa and not the scratch post! Would catnip spray encourage her to scratch the post? I got one of those little boards with the catnip you can sprinkle on it and Spencer went mad for it...thankfully, because he's been scratching the carpet! Not that I'm bothered as it's ancient and all minging (as you will see from pics - it was my brother's room and I dread to think what is on the carpet!!).

Ok, ok..the pics!!!

This is Spencer

and this is Skye

Some of Spencer having fun with the circuit

And..I have a spotty baby

there was always plenty left and she didnt seem to mind - yours may be the same. it wasnt a problem

Re: Finally, some pictures!!

Hmm I'm not sure as she never ate breakfast..I got her off the windowsill and put her at the bowl but she just went back up on windowsill so I left them to it expecting to come through to 2 empty bowls. Well, I went through to find both the bowls upside down and they still had food in them so she got some then but she hadn't eaten much when he tried to take it. I told him no and she did continue to eat. I wonder if she thinks he's the boss and so she has to let him have her food.

Oh my goodness!!!!!
I am amazed at their beauty!!! I love them both. Spencer is so classy looking, so sleek and handsome. Skye looks like she's wearing a cow costume.
