Re: So disappointed

I too had my 1st order come from Zooplus this morning. I ordered the Feliway spray as my cat is suffering from stress at the moment....it cost £15.99 and the same size bottle in our vets was £23.99, and I had free postage and a 10% vcr for 1st customer, so all good.

But I was surprised the Feliway came in french packaging and with french instructions! I had no idea how to use the stuff as never used before, I have now downloaded instructions from the internet and complained to ZOOPLUS, I feel if they sell this spray in the UK and I ordered from the Zooplus UK site they should of provided instructions! The first thing the instructions say is 'do not spray directly onto the pet' Some people may have done that, its dangerous surely. I hope they consider my complaint for future orders. They replied with a instruction email within a few hours so reasonably pleased but still feel they should send printed out ones and sent it with the product.

Does anyone know how quick Zooplus are at sorting out returns? (It was my first ever order from them.)
I ordered a cat tree from them and when it arrived it had no fixing screws, bolts, etc.I phoned em up and was told to go to a local hardware store and buy up to £20 of bolts, etc to make the tree.
After 2 mins of stifled giggles and I asked for a refund and they picked it up F.O.C a few days later and account was credited 3 days after that.
Good service but how would anyone know what bolts to buy??? I looked up the data sheet of the tree and it had 6 diff types of bolt (length, thread, etc).
