Re: Oh no, he did it again!

No worries, I know you're not annoyed at me! I'm glad she was persuaded to do the test just in case, I know what it's like having a UTI and yes it hurts! I'm going to put the test stuff out tomorrow morning, because the vet shuts shortly and they said to get the sample to them as soon after I get it as possible. If I get one tonight it'll be morning before it can go.

He is on steroids for suspected asthma, we're due back in 5 days for a check up on that to decide if we need to do an X-ray or not to find out once and for all. To be honest, I don't understand how they're going to decide without an X-ray anyway so I think we'll just have one done.

And now he just did a number 2 that was really diarrhea and really stinky.

Thing is I'm a worrier, so sometimes it is hard for me to know which worries to listen to and which not to! I have this feeling *something* is up with him. He is also whining a lot, more than usual I would say.

Re: Oh no, he did it again!

I need some help, I have to use this smart cat urine test kit, I didn't want to leave it out while I was out of the house because it makes the pee not be absorbed so you want to get it up straightaway after produced, otherwise the litter tray will be unusable. But the vet said get it to them as soon as possible after obtained also. Do you think it makes the test less reliable if I put it out now, with a good chance I won't get a sample till after vet closing time? If I get one tonight and take it in tomorrow morning, do you think that would be good enough?

Re: Oh no, he did it again!

Hi, I might need help here...!!!!!!
I put the smart cat testing kit at 7am this morning, at 5pm I put the regular litter out again because I thought he must be bursting and I just couldn't make him keep hanging on.
Well, 3 hours later he hasn't been still.
There was a pee in the tray this morning, the last person to bed was about midnight so it could be anywhere from 13 to 20 hours since he peed.
Do I need to be concerned here?????
