Re: When are cats classed as fully grown?
Can I also ask at what age do adult cats loose there playfullness and are more relaxed being a lap cat? I ask because Shadow is now 20 months and although he still likes to play he only does it in small doses i.e 15 mins each time

Re: When are cats classed as fully grown?
I think it is very dependant on breed.I know that Raggies/Maine Coons ect take longer to reach full maturity. How it works with Moggies I dont know ,as they are a mix of different breeds I would think it is in the lap of the gods.I know from watching Meeko who is now 18 months old,he is still growing and filling out, whether he ever "matures"is debatable

Re: When are cats classed as fully grown?
It really does depend on the breed. Siberians like ours don't reach full adult size until they're 5 years old, but the growth after 1 year is much slower.
