Here are some pictures of my present Foster babies, I had them for a few weeks they are now about 8 weeks old.

The little girlie is quite laid back and does her own thing, where as the little boy is like a shadow, he follows you around and has to watch whatever you are doing, He certainly knows how to get your attention, he meows at you when he wants his litter tray,he meows at you when he wants more food, he meows at you to fuss him and he even meows at you when he is over tired and can't get to sleep lol

I tried to get them both to pose for the camera but the little girlie was far to busy playing to want to pose pretty for the silly camera ,I managed to get a couple of good ones of her though still. The little boy shadow on the other hand as you can see was very happy to pose pose pose lol

OMG what colours are they?? They are stunning!! They look sooooo big compared to my 8 week old babies who are underweight (look @ tilly tango toby thread on chat chat) How much longer do you have them for?? are they your first fosters??

The girl looks to be a dilute tortie and white and the boy a dilute tabby and white.

Yeah all kittens that come to me start off being very tiny,but they soon put on weight and become little fatties lol

I think I have these for another week or so before they go to rescue.

No these aren't my first fosters, I have been fostering and involved with rescue for years and years now lol

what beauties,i'd find it so hard not to get attached

when you have been doing it as long as I have,you get used to giving them up, though I am not going to say that it doesn't upset you when they go because that would be a lie, if you foster right then you put your heart and soul into everyone of them and it still tugs at your heart whenever they leave no matter how long you do it for, but the pictures,emails,phone calls etc of them in their new homes make it all worth while,and you know you have done the right thing. besides as one leaves there is sadly always another one just around the corner that needs you all over again.

I know what you mean..... sadly I dont get many updates of the kittens I have fostered even tho their new mummies and daddies said they were going to send photos etc I miss them all but it is nice at the same time to see them blossom into kittens from slugs that I usually start with (I mainly handrear)
