I think my lttle girl is not well

My Dad has been feeding Puss Puss and Shadow for the weekend. Puss Puss was fully feral but I would now class her as an outdoor cat, did not turn up for her morning feed on Sat. which is so not like her. I am now home and feed her this evening and she only half eat it. I dont have much choice but to let her go out again but observed her from my bedroom window and she had a poo in my garden. When I checked it, it wes very runny (sorry to be so graphic). I am now thinking she might not be 100%. I dont often see her poo. I have now been out and bought her a chicken and cooking it now. I was only going to give her small amounts to see how she gets on and also thinking of taking her to the vet tomorrow in case she is running a temperature. I wish she was a cat that would stay in at night like Shadow.
It is her first birthday tomorrow and I could be treating her to a trip to the vet

Re: I think my lttle girl is not well

Just given her a very small amount of chicken which she loved and I played outside in my garden with her for 10 mins which is a good sign that she wanted to play.

Re: I think my lttle girl is not well

There are 82 people viewing on this forum right now and apart from Emma-Jayne there has been no one giving me any encouragement or advice. I ask myself should I continue on this forum? A cat is a cat to me no matter weather it is feral or not and the main thing was to help each other keep our love ones fit and well. Seems that unless you have a pedigree or an indoor cat you are somewhat isolated. I know there are exceptions but you are in the minority in this forum. I bet there is no reaction to this.

Re: I think my lttle girl is not well

Oh bless you, I think people are a bit caught up on another thread may be!
I don't think it's personal or because you've got an outdoor cat.
I'm only a relatively new cat owner, so not overly qualified on the runny poop haven't had any so far. What your doing sounds like the right thing to do, try & keep a close eye on her, has she lost weight or condition?
Hope she's eating & feeling better soon x

Re: I think my lttle girl is not well

Thank you Holly, sometimes when I am looking for advice I do feel frustrated and isolated. She has just left my house is in fact sitting on one of my patio chairs. I thought earlier she looked thin around her belly but she is eating her cooked chicken. To stop her loading her belly I am giving her small amounts.

You know that it may not be that all those people are on line.

As for your puss, keep the bland food going and see if things improve. If she's playing the likelyhood is she's eaten something she shouldn't have and is a bit under the weather (a bit like ourselves)

Noone is ignoring you, you were probably doing everything right and no replies was a good sign
