Re: What breed does this kitten look to be?

I can't see anything particularly in the picture, but most kittens to me look the same unless they are the more 'obvious' breeds like persians/siamese etc.

If she is a pedigree the breeder will provide you with all the relevant info for you. If not she looks like a short to medium haired moggy

Shes being sold as half persian, curious to see if anyone thinks she may be half persian or if she looks like any other breed?

Re: What breed does this kitten look to be?

Is that a sibling kitten in the pic with her?

I cant see much Persian in her face but the persian element may be contributing to her fluffy look. She doesnt look as long haired as a full persian to me.

Is the mum the Persian or the dad? You should be able to see the mum when you get the kitten.

I wouldnt pay any more for a cat because it is half anything, as half something is still just a moggy and it annoys me a bit when people sell kittens at vastly inflated prices just because they are 'half' something, and still sell them at 8 weeks (too young) and with no vaccinations.

Re: What breed does this kitten look to be?

I'm curious why you call the kitten "she", does it look like a she?

They say the other kitten is from another cat mother, but who can be sure?
Will go there tomorrow and meet the mother as well, they say shes persian.
Not paying any more than what they charge for a usual "moggy".
Kitten is 12 weeks old but hasnt had any vaccinations, I will care for that myself, that she gets the shots

Shouldnt be charging at all if theyre not even vaccinating the poor thing. How many random cats is she breeding

Doesnt look like a she in particular, I dont know why I went with she. Do you know the gender yet?

Re: What breed does this kitten look to be?

It's quite common in Sweden that "moggys" get no vaccination before moving to their new home. They leave the vaccinations to the new home. I don't mind really. I am prepared to do this, did it with my other moggy cat and is random here. Obviously would be best if they sold them vaccinated. As not everyone realizes the importance of getting a cat vaccinated!
