I just wanted to say a massive thanks to purrsintheheart. I've been trying to get toys for the boys and its been an uphill struggle as a lot of suppliers, including Zooplus, won't ship to a BFPO address. However, not only will purrsintheheart ship out here, Tan - who dealt with my order - gave me a fantastic service, measuring packages to ensure they don't exceed my limit, being endlessly patient and helpful with the online payment system not accepting my address, dealing with my emails promptly and efficiently, even on a Sunday and being an all round star. I can't thank her enough (or the person on here who mentioned them in a post and prompted me to try them )

I have to say that I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said. When I contacted them about "da Bird" for my two, they didn't have them in stock. Buuuuut, they arranged to get some sent to us asap, and in the meantime sent the other items I had purchased, along with a little gift for our having to wait !!!

If only other places were so aware that this sort of service is what people will come back because of, time after time.

And, they will be recommended over and over again by their customers

It's always nice to 'Big Up' the little guys so I'm going to add in my tuppence worth...

I ordered some of the fluff balls from them on Friday. They arrived in the post today!!! It really doesn't get any better than that.

PLUS....... Their main remit is to make money for cat rescues, so for THAT reason they will be one of my first stops for toys.

You do all know they have a fantastic Prize draw scheme which donates a lot of money to cat charities as well as handing out some nice prizes to those joining in.....
