Re: Ways to 'Mask' the Smell?
I'm not sure about using scented candles and those movement sensor air fresheners, I thought somebody had investigated the link to diseases or at least illness.

Re: Ways to 'Mask' the Smell?
I don't have a problem with smells so far.
We have a covered litter tray (but very aired) deep with Oko Plus. I sprinkle a bit of bicarbonate of soda, but I'm not sure if it really works. I clean the tray twice a day (remove clumps and poo, wipe the walls with disinfectant). I don't have air fresheners or candles (I'm afraid of accidents). Ari's been doing the most lovely poos (yeah, I know!) and covering almost every time. She eats grain-free low-carbs, high protein wet food, dry Acana or Orijen in between meals. A few Cosma treats a day, a chicken wing a week and loads of cat grass. |
