she may just have a weak bladder .also during the day let her out every hour just incase!also if you have a spare room put puppy toilet training pads down they soak up the urine and that may help toilet train her.also after meals place her in the litterbox make sure you do it after everymeal or snack she has eventually she will walk to the litterbox of her own acord to avoid being picked up everytime hope the advice works good luck!

Except at night when you lock her indoors.
