Quick question.I've just tracked Meeko's parcel from the "zoo" and it says it is at the national hub.Parcel Force say on the Faq's that if the sender has paid for Saturday delivery then it will be delivered on a Saturday.Does any one know if that is the case with Zooplus.I think I've had a Saturday delivery before but not certain.Dont want to miss it,but dont want to have to stay in either if it wont be here till Monday.

Working for a haulage company (which, according to my boss, I sometimes do!!!) delivery dates are always Mon - Fri. Premium prices are charged for Sat deliveries. As Zooplus don't provide ANY alternative delivery options (ie - 24hrs etc) for an extra charge, it should be safe to assume the delivery will be Monday.

But we are talking Zooplus, so I'd stay in on Thursday if I were you!!!!

If its only at the national hub it probably wont be with you til monday. It still has to get to your local sorting place and then put on the van.

Parcelforce do deliver on saturdays without a premium being paid, but if you want to specify saturday it costs money.

Express 24 would suggest that! Did you pay extra? Its like £12 for a sat delivery, which is a rip off.

Nope, it was just a bog standard ,over £19 pound free delivery order.

I think (well at our place it does not parcelforce though) That express 24 would mean 24 working hours. Saturday deliverys are usually specified as a SAT delivery and charged quite a bit extra.
Saying that though, we have been known to send out deliverys that come into branch on sat morning on the road even tho there not sat deliverys if the lads are quiet

Have a check first thing in the morning hun. Mine always says "Out for delivery" on the day it arrives and that status is always on the tracking page from about 5am on the day.

Never had a Saturday delivery, ever.

Was quite surprised with recent order though. Ordered on Wednesday and arrived early this morning when I was out-usually takes four to five days. Parcelforce.
