Re: Zooplus Deliveries

Ah Zooplus!!

Always a drama lol

Started with shockingly bad packaging, which i must admit has improved quite considerably.

Now the orders seem to take forever to be delivered! I always make sure i order in plenty of time before i run out of things.

I have missed my order on a couple of occasions, i called the number on the card and the delivery driver came back with my parcel!!

Re: Zooplus Deliveries

My last zooplus order took over a week to get to me.

When it did arrive I was a little confused with the contents

Although I received the same brand as I ordered, I got different variety. I ordered chicken and fish selection, which was in the box....along with beef!?

Luckily Oscar is eating what has been sent

Also all the pouches were loose in the box, but less packaging for me to dispose of I suppose.
