Re: how many cats is to many in a 2 bed flat?

I like the 1 cat per bedroom idea...that sounds sensible!!

I was once told that to stop being called a "mad batty cat lady" you should base the number of cats you have on the number of people, e.g. if it's just you then 2 cats maximum, but if you have a partner then you can go to 4.. (or more I guess). Made me smile as I'd love a house full but don't really want to fit the mad batty cat lady sterio-type.... guess I'll have to hunt down a cat-loving man! haha! :P

Just remember, the more cats you have: the greater the risk they will start marking territory by peeing everywhere.

Re: how many cats is to many in a 2 bed flat?

that was one of my main worries when we first got our boy as they were both boys, never really had a problem with it (only on there bed) i think 3 is definatly enough for me our latest little lady is hard work and still needs alot of work to get her as soppy as the boys are but she still a kitten so she will probably calm down abit (shes so hyper)
