Can you help feed a feral cat colony in Barton Moss in Salford?

can anyone help feed a feral cat colony at Barton Moss in Salford Manchester?
They used to be fed daily by a man who's now sadly passed away.

If you think you can help please email us at info@animallifelineuk.org or answer the thread on our site by clicking on the following link

Re: Can you help feed a feral cat colony in Barton Moss in Salford?

Thank you anyway, the cat situation at the moment is awful
It is really difficult to get rescue spaces here in Oxfordshire all rescues are full to bursting with very long waiting list one rescue here has over 200 cats and kittens looking for new homes I have had 100s of calls this week alone to help people with their cats sadly, we are having trouble to find spaces for the urgent cases such as pregnant cats, cats with kittens, kittens and injured cats/kittens that its nearly impossible to find spaces for adult cats the situation is really bad and not just here in Oxfordshire, We have many rescues that have been helping animals by going back up and we are finding foster homes for them to go in like Anna at Chester Cat Care who very kindly said she will go back up for Tinker the badly injured cat here in Oxfordshire. many rescues down here are passing my number on to people needing help as they just can't help and that is how Tinker came to our attention. Tinker was picked up by one of our team within hours and rushed to the vet once we had secured rescue back up, rescues like Anna are helping to go back up for these cases at the moment but what is going to happen to them when rescues like Anna run out of funds to help any more?

Hi Kelly-Joy I have been following what you do here and on Chris's forum The work you do is brilliant I wish I could do more for the strays I feed I am just glad that one has a lovely home if there is any way I can support w you I will but as I say at the moment my hands are full I have between 3 and 6 strays that come to be fed that's without the ones that come and snack on the biscuits I leave out all day after feeding them some I know are not strays that eat the biscuits but I cannot stop that as my garden is cat proofed and the strays can't get in well done for all you do for those poor kitties
