I hope it's OK to post a good deal I found for KatKabins?
While searching for one for my cottage, I was unimpressed to find they rarely went for anything below the £57.49 they are sold for on the KatKabin website.
Then I found them here in green only, for £39.98 delivered.
I was somewhat cynical about buying from a TV shopping channel, but mine arrived this morning via courier and at the moment is sitting under the dining table with the flap/door off being sniffed at by Zephyr, who's also rubbed against it a little.
Zanze's ignored it so far, but once they're familiar with it I'll relocate it to the garden to provide shelter for them and the neighbours' cats (two of whom often visit us for company).
My sister's just ordered one for her two cats - although we both have cat flaps in our properties, they seem like a great daytime outdoor shelter option for cat owners who are not able, for some reason, have a flap.

I have one for my cat run - fab for when one of the gang is in a 'mood' and not indoors

i was looking at them to house my four cats in their pen but they werent big enough. instead i have bought off of my friend a chicken house which is insulated.
