eddie has been attacked

My cat came in looking very angry, hair on end and growling. He looked wet so i assumed he had had a fight and it was raining. I looked out the window and it was dry then Lily came in and she was dry? I then had a closer look at Eddie he was washing himself and his eye had closed up. I then smelt a chemical smell on him and immediately decided to bath him. His eye opened almost immediately and it is pretty obvious he has been sprayed with something. Im so angry and upset, why do people do these things?mad:

I dread to think what that could be. I'd keep an eye on him in case it was anything poisonous. Are your neighbours cat haters? Hope your boy's okay.

Re: eddie has been attacked

This IS appalling! In fact the more I hear about attacks like on cats and other animals the more I realise how lucky I am to live where I do!

Did the smell give you any idea of what the chemical was? Did you manage to remove it all?

I'd keep a very close eye on him now and be ready to inform your vets if you notice any deterioration. In fact to be on the safe side I'd contact them now and explain what happened.

Really hope Eddie makes a full recovery. It scares the hell out of me how people are becoming so cruel

Re: eddie has been attacked

if he was bothering someone why didnt they spray him with water, its effective and harmless!

Because this world is being taken over by moronic imbeciles who have IQ levels smaller than their shoe sizes.

I'll be dead honest here, if I EVER caught anyone doing any type of harm to my kitts, let's just say they WOULDN'T live to regret it!!!!!!
vivien and missye87 like this.
