ideas please

in a couple of months time i am having a conservatory built onto the back of my house.
at the moment i have an old extension that houses the cats litter trays and their food and litter, and a catflap into the big pen but this is being taken down and the conservatory is going to consist of one part a seating area for me (and of course the cats) and the other half will be utility/cat room and the cat flap will be reinstated.
because four of the cats like the access from the house to the pen, they will have to live out there for about a month as the access wont be there, so i am partititoning it off with another door panel.
the problem is i am going to have to put some sort of sleeping/eating area out in the pen, but the cat houses i have seen are quite expensive for four cats.
any suggestions on what i can put out there. remember not all the cats will want to sleep together and they are all fairly big cats? it will have to be under 6 feet tall though.

Re: ideas please

Build your own? They don't look like they're that hard to make. I don't think it would be that expensive either, comparatively speaking.
