Re: Neighbour throws (what she thinks is) my cats' poo over into my garden

I suppose the neighbours 'proof' is that she has seen the posters cat pooing in her garden AND the amount of poo has increased in the past month since she has let these two cats out....! It most probably is the posters cats isn't it, after all its the closest garden to their home. Instead of assuming it isn't the posters cats I suppose you could assume it IS?

What to do about it has been discussed at length, and I agree too, keep them in for a week, see if she throws poo over fence , go round and say it can't be mine if she does...and go from there.... But I expect it probably is the posters cats poo.

Re: Neighbour throws (what she thinks is) my cats' poo over into my garden

Hi
I know how you feel as ive had a complaint from my landlord about my kitten

We live in apartments (top floor) roughly there are about 150 apartments and 5 houses which also have apartments opposite...i have seen 5 adult cats 9 dogs roaming around at the back we have a big park and every morning I see dozens of walker they can also pass to part through our car park..

I got a letter saying I had to clean poop up after midnight I was fuming the best bit is that since I have had midnight she has been out twice 1 when I first got 2 yesterday when we went to vets in her pet carrier! I really wasnt happy so I did refuse to clean it I got threatned with police the lot im still waiting for someone to come I will be giving them a piece of my mind!!!

I really think you should keep your kittens in and see what happens..

Hope you get it sorted

Re: Neighbour throws (what she thinks is) my cats' poo over into my garden

Ask her to give some cat repellent a go, I recently got some in the poundship so you can always treat her .

It is rather annoying getting cat poo in your garden as it can be dangerous for young children so might be worth seeing if you could find some middle ground, an outdoor cat loo sounds like a fab idea.

Eric is the total opposite, he comes inside to do his business, I don't know who he thinks he is!

I was going to say what Jansheff said about taking round some cat repellent crystals or whatever they use these days for her to place around her garden. It shows willing and she will understand that it is a difficult thing to keep cats out of her garden. You never know whether she was just having a bad day and the cat poo just was the icing on the cake for this particular week??!!
