I hope this doesn't come across in the wrong way!

I think you need to consider what you actually want and what is best for you and your cat.
From what you've said, it's hard to tell why you don't want to spay your cat, I can only think of a few reasons:
1) You intend at some point in the future to have your cat breed, have a litter (or more than one litter) of kittens and
keep them
2) You intend to do as above, but
give the kittens away
3) You don't intend to keep your cat long term and want to keep her able to have kittens for whoever has her after you
4) None of the above, you just don't like the idea of having her spayed because it feels uncomfortable / wrong / cruel
If you are in situation #1 then I can understand your decision, although I would say that if you really want a kitten/a litter, it would be better to home an unwanted litter from a rescue centre, but that is your choice.
If you are in situation #2 then you should re-consider. It's not worth the danger to your cat and all the related hassle of having an un-spayed cat, not to mention there are already too many unwanted cats / kittens that need to find homes.
If you are in situation #3, (which I seriously doubt you are, because you seem to love your cat and your here on a petforum!) then you shouldn't really have got the cat in the first place.
If you are in situation #4 then you should
REALLY reconsider. It's understandable to think that leaving your cat un-spayed is doing her a favour and being nice / leaving her a whole, healthy kitty. But it's really not the case. She would be so much better off spayed if you don't intend her to have kittens.
You seem to have a few responses along these lines, it's really just some good advice though. You should have a good think about what you really want.
Have a read of this to see what you are in for if you leave her unspayed and unmated
