• when you discover you're not working the following week and the first thought is "Great! I will make a big Zooplus order!"

• when someone asks "do you have kids?"
and you say "nooo" (with a scared face) and then add "I have a cat!!" (with a big smile)

• when your friends ask about your husband and you cat, they do it in the same sentence and use their names... or sometimes just the cat's name!

if you have one cat but insist on dressing them in little people clothes and take them everywhere with you in a pram and only feed them food prepared by a michalin starred chef? I think that qualifies

I had a person from my class at school bump into me buying cat food and got chatting and our conversation was somthing like this

you worry about them just jumping off of a cat tree incase they hurt themselves

you talk to them and are convinced that they understand you (well, they do!)

spend more time in the cat food section picking out treats and toys, even though you just had a £200 zooplus order!!

telling people the funny things they do...and just get funny looks

say things like 'your kid did that? well thats nothing! guess what my cat did!'

phone your answerphone and leave them messages

say to the partner 'what do you fancy for dindins? And he replys with 'what do you fancy for dindins'

obsessed with looking up cat pictures or breeds and have books, always in the loo on a shelve...

start to think that they DO actually look seriously cute in clothes...

give them funny voices and say 'this is how they would talk if they could talk in human voice, as they obviously talk in cat voice, and I understand it!

make them dance with you, paws in your hand them on back legs, and your convinced they totally love it!

become so happy that they sit on your lap that you get pins and needles and burst your bladder as you dont want to move them

constantly have your camera attached to your list incase they do something cute or funny!

you go through every single cat name before you get to your brothers/sisters/mum/dads/partners name!
