Duchess had her vet appointment today. She is all booked in to be spayed next Tuesday
I am going to be a nervous wreck all week now

I wouldnt worry to much, she will be fine! and will thank you for it!
How much does she weigh now? remember that they do kittens at 8weeks of age in some places and they recover in hours!

They took her out back to weigh her, and I was asking do many questions about her heart and stump I forgot to ask. The vet just reassured me she should be fine, as with all operations they carry risks, and with her murmer the risks are slightly higher.... but leaving her to call endlessly is even riskier. So that was the decision made. She goes in at 8am and I will get to pick her up at 3-4pm (hopefully).

They are still 'stumped' (excuse the pun) as to why she was only born with three legs though. I guess its just one of those things!
