Odd Behaviour....

Something is bothering me.

Waffles is acting strange!

She is obsessed with my fridge freezer! Right now she is sitting staring at it!! What is wrong with her?
She fell asleep just now and head butted it.... ?
Could she have seen something run behind it (possibly a spider?) and is waiting for it to come out?? Maybe she lost a treat behind there? Any ideas because she keeps doing it and it is rather strange.....

Re: Odd Behaviour....

The side of it and the back of it I wondered whether she could see her reflection in it?
I also thought she could be bored? So, I played with her lots
I will get OH to have a look behind there when he gets home...
.... strange Kitty.

Re: Odd Behaviour....

my moggy - not known for the size of his brain - sits and stares at his food cupboard when he wants feeding. Perhaps your cat knows something good comes out of your fridge and is just waiting for it.

Re: Odd Behaviour....

Mine love the washing machine and will sit for hours watching it going round and round!

They do like to watch the dishwasher and fridge too - I think it's the noise that comes from them, from time to time. It seems to fascinate them.

aaaaw that is so sweet. Well, yes her cat milk is in there so it does make sense

If I go anyway near the feed cupboard of the door is knocked then you hear a bell tinkering and in she comes...

I am really enjoying my first kitty I must say

Re: Odd Behaviour....

Mine often just sit and stare at things in my kitchen and I swear they can hear the clanging of food bowls from anywhere in the house!!!

I would guess at a spider or something like that. We had a mouse in our conservatory once and the cats were in their element trying to find it and when they all ended up sitting around the tumble drier, I figured that was where it was!!
