He is lovely, and looks a little like a Chinchilla to my uneducated eyes, but due to the fact your cousin does not have any papers etc he would just be considered a domestic long hair. very pretty though.

oh i think she does have the papers but im not sure what papers i don't talk to her anmore she did say it was a persian but as a kitten and adult doesnt look to me like a full persian but i haven't seen many persians so maybe she is. I could always search for her number to ask her but im just wondering what you guys think?

If she has the papers it will tell her for sure what breed her parents were. The kitty does resemble a doll face persian.
