So our late Saffy could have been a Pewter Tabby.

I'd always referred to Doll Faced as Open Faced,as picked up from breeders' speak.
The 3 types I was told,were open/doll faced,peke faced (after pekingese dog flat faced),and ultra (very "typey" snub-nosed)
Not that this is like yours!lol

Yours is clearly a doll of the highest order
