Re: Break Through

Thanks Selk

Just walke through the door last night and there she was asleep on the sofa!!! She's still indifferent to them but at least there was no growling or hissing!!!

Next step use of the litter tray!!! She seems to think that the bath tub is her personal toilet!!!

Think I might have to get her an open litter tray, the other two use a covered one!

Re: Break Through

Thats fab news!!! They look happy together anyway. I tend to introduce them that way by feeding them all together.

As for the bath thing, all I can suggest is just don't let her have access to it if that is possible and hopefully she will go where she is meant to.

Saying that, my 2 year old moggy has peed on the sofa the past 2 mornings even though the litter tray is right next to it - luckily it is the cat sofa in the cat room but not the point!!!

Re: Break Through

Well I bought her home on Monday evening - and quite literally just left them to it! For the first two nights she wouldn't come out of the bathroom and then I got home yesterday after work and there she was slobbing out on the sofa!

She still sleeps up on the cupboard! Dont think I'm going to push the litter tray use - well not until I have an open one! The bath tub is much better than the carpet or the stairs! Or the wash pile as has been her tendancies at my mums!

Re: Break Through

With regard to the bath toiletting problem, I used to have one got a bad habit of using my bath. I started leaving a small amount of water in the bath with the plug in and it soon stopped as most puds dont like getting their feet wet
