... with parachute - LOL

I have become rather interested in raising a few scheckels for the excellent charity, Marie Curie Cancer Care via JustGiving. This charity does a lot of great work and I would really appreciate any assistance anyone on here can spare. Please visit their website (or mine on the front page, scroll down to the button) to see more.

The plan is to do a bit of training for the jump as I have never done this before. I have paid for it so any donations will just go to Marie Curie Cancer Care. I'm hoping to get a DVD of it to prove to my sponsors that my jump actually took place.

Anything you can spare will be most gratefully received.

Thank you so much for your kind generosity.

Oooo, Ra, you are very brave, I could'nt do a parachute jump. Good Luck to you. Wonderful of you to do it for such a worthwhile charity

Thanks to you all for your kind encouragement and to Lyn and Wendy who have kindly agreed to put this on a sticky until the jump - will let you know as soon as training done and jump done and then post mini vid on You Tube or something. This could be another month whilst I save up - hope its ok.

Its great fun Rita, I did one for MenCap. Just remember not to jump if there is a plane taking off below you, avoid trees and fields of animals, and don't look down

Brave lady you are indeed,but for such a worthy charity,i'm sure dvd won't be necessary though love....you've a trusting,kind faceJust a promise of details of all if any screams from start to finish will sufficeYou'll be super and i'm sure will want to do it over and over
