I love watching this programme but have just found this

Lion man still on TV despite assault | Otago Daily Times Online

Star of The Lion Man show Craig Busch pleaded guilty in May last year to assaulting former partner Karen Greybrook in January 2005.

Ms Greybrook's injuries included two cracked ribs, fractured vertebrae and a shattered forehead which left her bedridden for months.

Busch was ordered in Whangarei District Court to pay her $8000.

Busch admitted he assaulted his former partner after he found her in bed with another couple.

See, I don't believe in violence...he should've just made good of a bad situation and jumped in (literally). I did enter "Lion Man" in Google images though and got the weirdest pictures...lol
