Lightbulb Cat heated pad (bed) --- Advice needed

Hi everyone,

I need to get a heated bed for my cat.
Her name is Mia and she is 3 years and 6 months old.
(persian, chinchilla, dollface)
Winter is here and my darling, as all cats do, loves to be warm and cosy.
Last years I got her "Petnap heated pad", she loved it. Shame it didn't last long, maybe only for 2-3 months and then stopped working. I dont know if that happends to all Petnap pads, but this is what happend to mine.
I dont mind just to get another one of Petnaps this year, or maybe there's a better option.

I'm thinking of getting one of these two:

1. HEATED BED Pet cat kitten dog heat pad electric mat CHV on eBay (end time 13-Dec-10 11:33:39 GMT)

,or

2. Catac Products UK Ltd*::*Cats*::*Heating*::*SOFT HEAT PAD

1. Looks beautiful, has a Petnap heated pad
2. More expensive, maybe more effective?

and between those 2 heated pads difference is:

1. close to body temperature, the hottest part of the plate will typically reach approx 20 deg C above the ambient

2. The pad includes a thermostat which regulates the heat to approximately 40°C.

I dont, but maybe 40°C. will be more effective?

Please I need your advice, maybe there's a better choice.

Thank you.
