Re: Shorthair, Bengal or Savannah?

Siamese and Ori's are for the most part shorthaired(tight in coat),for me their isn't a breed like them.they are so intelligent, playful and totally know their own minds in every aspect, depends on you imo and what you want from a friendship and what you want to put onto one so to speak

Re: Shorthair, Bengal or Savannah?

I suppose I do want one that's playful but one that will come and sit on your lap and likes fussing is more important to me.
Now we've read some of the replies my girlfriends not to keen on the idea of a bengal running round riot through the house because she's got loads of nice candles and vases. I on the other hand think it could be quite funny I'm not a fan of the ornaments.
Sounds like the BSH could get the vote then!

I'm going to look into insurance next, anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks for your help everyone.

Re: Shorthair, Bengal or Savannah?

I am having a nightmare time from my Bengal so from personal experience I would recommend a Ragdoll Breed. I have one of these and they not only look fantastic, but are relatively stress free, require lots of love but give you even more love back!

My insurance is with Marks and Spencer and they seem to have a good reputation....although Petplan are also very good and apparently have a good reputation for paying out, but are a bit more expensive.

Wise choice under the circumstances. I do have two kittens, and whilst I am keep them as indoor cats they do have access to an outdoor play pen. Mine are almost 5 months now, and properly little gits but I wouldn't swap them for the world.
