Dad was known as big dicky crapper, and their son (stupid parents runs in the generations!) as little dicky crapper! I also know of a megan bacon, and a christopher peacok (crispy cock). My daughter had a girl in her class called lemon and her sister is called orange. Mind you a friend of mine threatened to call her daughter polly esther... their surname is cotton! I was mortified until i realised she was joking!
