Re: Talk about are beloved cats and kittens

Have you actually got your parents permission to buy/rehome a cat/kitten?

I'm sure you are aware that there is more to owning a cat/kitten than just money.

Please remember that the person who is allowing you to buy/rehome their cat/kitten will have more concerns, not just if you have enough money to buy them.

Of course I know how to take care of a kitten/cat and of course i have my parents permission! I WAS JUST MAKING SURE PEOPLE KNOW THAT I AM AGREEING TO PAY! INSTEAD OF THEM ASKING ME!!! Soo pardon me but don't try to create a fight in a friendly environment. Learn some manners.

Re: Talk about are beloved cats and kittens

I personally would go to my local shelter as I help them out anyway
I wouldn't touch the RSPCA with a bargepole, i would never buy a kitten off the net or from a pet shop!
I would go to my local animal shelter if i was you and rehome a cat, I recommend people to look at older cats aswell not just the kittens as the older ones always seem to get a bit neglected during kitten season.

I'm sorry I don't know your name but I can understand Christina's post. Your story is inconsistant, hurried and at times appears immature which I can understand given your age but would have thought, if your parents were fully involved, some of the potential issues would have already been thought through. This is a friendly forum, with cat's well-being in mind. I can't speak for others but I am becoming increasingly concerned and confused by your posts. I'm not trying to cause an arguement but being open and honest. Your use of capital letters (the online equivalent of shouting) is rather aggressive though.

I'm sorry if you think I'm being rude to you, as you can see I said that I'm sure you are aware of what's involved.

If you want to make something out of nothing that's your choice.

I have very good manners thanks - I learn't them at school, by the time you have left perhaps you will have too.

Good luck in finding a kitten

Have to agree here. I don't care how rich you are, sorry but after reading this & the other thread I would'nt sell you a kitten, even if you offered £1000 never mind £100

It is more than that hun, your story doesn't make sense. The age of the kitten, how many kittens, your attitude toward costs. I really think you need to take a step back. I have never had a cat before admitedly but I have spent the last 3 months researching cat ownership, I've visited an rspca, asked questions here, read books, googled and read articles online, looked into which breed/personality type or qualities would match us best. It isn't something you can rush and should take twice as long as choosing a tv or ipod.
