I think what you have proposed is a fabulous idea, but, why stick at fifteen quid, what you could maybe say is:
Minimum donation £15 - proceeds to go to the pdsa - you may be pleasently surprised that people could actually give more. regards sue

Some of the club rescues charge between £30 and £50 for the pedigree rescues, I think they are all neutered though, but I think it's a lovely idea, I'd round it up to £20 though.

Fab idea Claire,maybe have a word with your chosen pdsa and see if they will do a discount of sorts on the neutering/spaying and vaccinations front too
