kitcatty is on a distinguished road
advice needed

My Mother is a elderly lady of 70, her cat is 16 now and she is hardly able to walk anymore, is getting worse by the day and she seems in quite a lot of pain, has not been on her litter tray for about a week. It seems time for her to be put to sleep, I was wondering if the any organizations that anybody knows of that could come and take her away for her as she is very aggressive and is too much to handle for any of my family members, any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks for reading.

Re: advice needed

You could perhaps ask your local vet whether they would be prepared to euthanise the cat at home - less stress for the poor cat and less stess for your mum seeing the cat getting aggressive. It may cost a little bit more but in the circumstances.........
