What is wrong with my cat?

I made a video of my cat's constant nagging and restlessness. I have continuously taken her to the vet, I spend so much time with her before and after work, and am simply looking for the solution to get her to quiet down a little and let me breathe.

I made a poll about this issue, so people can easily help me with any of their insight, knowledge and experience. Hopefully you know how I can help my cat relax a bit. You can find the poll here: Poll: HELP! my cat is driving me crazy! How do I make her stop crying? - animals survey

i dont own cats, but my daughter does...your cat looks very affectionate.i'd be happy with that..pets are like children they need their love and attention.

Re: What is wrong with my cat?

Another kitten may provide her with much needed company and give you a break.just because she didnt get on with the other cat doesnt mean she wouldnt bond now.

Aww my cat does that when I'm sat at my computer and she wants to be brushed. They sound so pitiful, it's heart-wrenching.

A kitten could work - your cat would be the dominant one with a new kitten so she might get on with it better.

Re: What is wrong with my cat?

Aww bless her little heart!!! She is so sweet, and has a lovely meow.

That personally wouldn't get on my nerves. I have 2 cats, 1 that meows ALOT for attention and I love it. When he isn't doing it I try to get him to do it lol because I miss it.

I love it when my cats talk to me.

She's obviously just talking to you and wanting some attention.
All cats are different, some are alot more talkative that others.

If she is eating, drinking, playing and toileting fine then I shouldn't see she is meowing for any other reason.

She's soo lovely!

Re: What is wrong with my cat?

My ginger cat does that, I've got 4 cats and he still does it. He's oriental cross and I know that some oriental breeds can be quite chatty, he does the meowing, then the batting to get my attention, I ignore it for some of the time as with having 4 cats I can't spend my time just with one cat. After a while he gives up, he'll come back again later on though just incase. He's very people orientated, when I went away one time all the cats were in the cattery and after a couple of days he was taken into the owners house - they could hear him yowling from inside, lol, if he sees me in the street he's running towards me meowing, he follow me everywhere including to the loo, he was a rescue cat but I didn't get him until he was a few years old so don't know much about his background.

Re: What is wrong with my cat?

Is she spayed? If not could she be calling? Do you let her out or not?
