So Peeved off!!!

As some of you know I work with a few rescue centre's and work privatly aswell, taking in unwanted queens and kittens, sorting them out, getting them all spayed and neutered (yes even the kittens) and rehoming them.
I am very passionate about cats and what I do, it comes out of my own pocket and I only ask for a donation when rehoming which barely covers food costs.
I am actually putting myself out to HELP cats, I come on here which is a pet friendly forum etc to find that there are people making my job harder at every turn by breeding and charging money for moggies.
This has really got to me, I will be on here BUT i am not posting for a while as i dont think i could truely say anything nice

I know what you mean Jem. But the cats need you to speak out for them. You are the cats advocate. If you see a post and need to speak out then do so!! We live in a free country, free speech and all that.

Can see where you are coming from Jem as crossbreeding especially is one of my pet hates. Moggies getting caught by accident or ignorance is a different matter and people can learn from those mistakes by way of forums like this. However deliberately breeding moggies or crossbreeds is very very wrong IMO but you need to stay on the forum and continue to advise people on these issues

I get angry too but we can always press the ignore button, lol

my moggie misty is having her 2nd litter of kittens in 4 years . i will be having her neutered afterwards , i will be looking for good homes to give her babies to , there arnt that many cats where i come from so im sure that i will easily home them i run a flea and worm free house i am not wanting any money for them just the peace of mind they will be going to good homes . so if that makes me terible i'll take my karma from the good lord , hare krishna !!!!!!!!!

I understand that moggies get caught out it happens all the time im not so niave i dont understand that but I have 2 queens here now and 1 at my mums, 1 is a persian mix, 1 is a bengal mix and the one at my mum's is a ragdoll mix!!

Nobody can tell me that the parents of these cats were not bred intentionally

Jem , the forum needs people like you willing to speak out, i also think you do a great fantistic job, just ignore what you dont like i know it hurts when you read some things ,

i tell you the problem that caused my misty to get pregnant , i was planning on takeing her to the vets but she must of come into call , she showed no signs of call in the home and therefor i didnt realise until it was too late ......... and saw 3 toms sitting in my front garden ..... where as house cats tend to show more signs of calling ............... this is by no way an excuse and i hold my hands up and take full responsibility and all i can do is make sure the kittens are well looked after nourished and find them good loveing homes i dont have dollar signs in front of my eyes animal welfare is what is important to me
