frisky 5 month old kittens

Hi all,
Need some advice. I'm getting my 2 kittens neutered on monday, Phoebe and Doyle. Doyle has started to mount Phoebe and biting her on the neck, it's only been the past 2 days. I don't think Phoebe has gone into heat yet but we're still worried. Can she still get pregnant and if she does what will happen on monday, can she still get neutered? We understand the need to neuter and don't want more kittens. Any advice would be really good.

Yes, the vet will neuter her, just keep them separated if possible
