A lot of cats only have milk coming through enough nipples for kittens, so don't worry about that.

Spids advice on topping up the smallest is a good one but only during the day and it is supplementary feeding rather than total support. It can be that the smallest get pushed out of the way in the scrummage for the best nipple.

Get mum right and she will then look after the babies.
