Not quite sure!??!
Hello, can anyone help me? About two wks ago I noticed my cat had got really fat which i thought then i noticed she had massive nipples. I took her to the vets on tuesday 27th and the vet said that she 99% sure she was pregnant but couldnt tell me how many she would be having. Up until yesterday she was eating loads but I fed her this morning and she hard;y touched her food, then i fed her again when i got in from work at 530pm and she hardly touched that too. She's really affectionate and sleeping loads. This morning I left her in my wardrobe and i have made a secluded box for her to give birth as she has been acting quite strangely. Do you think that she is due to give birth soon? sorry i am excited and nervous and this is the first cat i have owned.

Sounds like it Em, did the vet not give you a clue as to how many weeks ?

she said about a wk or two but ive never had a cat before so i just wanted to make sure. very worried! Her belly doesnt look very lively either!

Possibly could be going into labour then. But, can take a long time. Has she had a show at all that you've noticed?

She is about a yr and a half, but she is only small this was her when i first had her and now

What a cute cat. All I can advise is if you don't know her due date then you'll just have to keep a close eye on her and if you're at any point concerned then call your Vet for advice. She really does look lovely.
