Is 6 weeks too young to let them go?

Hey only me..Ok well both litters are 6 weeks this week..They are all fully litter trained and weaned...mums dont have much to do with them now..

They are still little which is obvious..are they too young to go at 6 weeks? Just wondered!..

Yes I would wait until atleast 8 weeks, they may not be feeding off of mum anymore but may still be learning things from her. 6 weeks is too young really they are stronger at 8 weeks old and will hopefully cope with the stress of moving home easier.

They still have a lot of behavior and social skills to learn from their mamas, so do please wait until 8 or 10 weeks.

They will still be having a sneaky feed, maybe in the night when you don't see, and they will still be learning lots from their mum about interacting appropriately. I know some peeps think it's fine for kittens to leave at 6 weeks, but IMO it's too young.
