Re: Advice on Pregnant Puss!

Well done for getting hold of them at least now they have a chance.

Wondering if my little puss is getting close as she started to go off her food this morning and just can't seem to settle. Poor wee thing she is so small but her belly is enormous and she waddles, she looks quite funny!

Re: Advice on Pregnant Puss!

Chloe went into labor tonight and so far has 5 little ones. She did not use her birthing box (kind of hard to when one of her 9 lb sons hogged it). Anyhow, I have another cat bed that resembles the hood on a baby carriage. I noticed her starting to sleep in it today and when I took a peek at her tonight, she had two babies in there with her! This kitty gives birth with no warning whatsoever. Her mum and sisters have a fit.... I moved then to a bigger safer box and now she has 3 more. Probably I won't get much sleep tonight. I took her to bed with me last night and she woke me up chatting at 4 this morning. But did not seem to be in labour. I had her upstars yesterday with her sister and her 3 babies but she had a fit. Has to be with me I guess Anyhow, last litter stayed in my bedroom for a few weeks so guess history is repeating itself. I get precious little sleep as it is with those little ds rugrats Will keep you updated....
