Hi everyone, i just joined last night as my cat is due to have her kittens on Wednesday but i think she may have them sooner. Shes only had 2 pouches of food today instead of her usual 6 or 7, she has hardly moved off my bed all day, done nothing but sleep and anytime i walk into the bedroom shes over looking stroked and cuddles. Is this what you mean by "needy"? I also noticed a slight blood stain around the edge of her vagina. Is this a sign that maybe something is going to start happening soon? Thanks.

Yes Sally-stay with her and good luck for a good,clean delivery,don't forget with each kitten born make sure their is an after birth-watch though coz she may eat them quick but as long as you at least see one for each kitten

good luck with the birth - keep us posted - my family and myself have bred cats for many years - we just love it - we get that same excited feeling with everyone - it nevers goes and watching them grow and develop its just great i cant describe the feeling i get when i think about my kittens - i love them - i actually just had a litter last monday -

will do - will put them in a separate post though as not to take over this one.... it was my silver spotted bengal shes had 4, 3 girls 1 boy mated with my marbled bengal 3/4 male. all babies doing great... will post pics over next couple of days....
